The Meraviglia Plus class ships feature new original shows. Carousel Productions at Sea. In 2022, the cruise line presented two shows at The Carousel Lounge theater - Strings and Sweet. These are 40-minute vibrant productions that combine sound and LED effects with music, dance and acrobatic performances by professional performers. Shows on board MSC Grandiosa are available every evening in 2 shifts - at 19:15 and 21:15. There is a fee to attend these shows - pre-registration is required to attend the show with a cocktail or dinner. Strings is a dynamic show of aerial acrobats with live music about the toy creator and his music. Sweet - this show takes guests to the land of candy. It is filled with classic melodies and various “zest” and is loved by guests of all ages. The Broadway Theater is a show hall where 6 different shows are held during a week-long cruise, including: opera, flamenco show, Virtual dance show, vocal concerts, etc.
There are several options for children's programs on board the MSC Grandiosa. In addition to children's clubs, the ship has a water park and sports areas for teenagers. There are 5 children's clubs of different age categories, which include: Chicco Baby Club - for little ones from 1 to 3 years old. This room is filled with toys from the Chicco brand. In addition to the room with toys, the club houses the MSC Grandiosa Babytime zone - a place with sensory educational toys for parents and children to spend time together. There are additional opportunities for children from 1 to 3 years old to order babysitting services at different times of the day for an additional fee. Mini club MSC Grandiosa - from 3 to 6 years. This club has a large number of events planned throughout the day. For example, children can cook during a workshop or play in the Lego room, where Duplo Lego toys are available for imaginative play; Junior Club - from 7 to 11 years old. For children of this age there is a Lego room with a large number of educational games and a room with removable stories on the “magic” wall. Young Teen Club - from 12 to 14 years old. There are 12 creative dining options on board, including Mediterranean Village (a specialty Mediterranean restaurant) and Yacht Club Fine Dining, an exclusive restaurant only for suite area guests. The buffet on board MSC Grandiosa is open 20 hours a day and serves international cuisine, Mediterranean dishes, themed food with local products, healthy lifestyle meals, dietary dishes, etc. The main restaurants are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner à la carte at fixed times. Fine dining options include Kaito Sushi Bar, Kaito Teppanyaki Restaurant and an American-style steakhouse serving signature meats from around the world.
